PROPERTY AUCTION (PROPERTIES NOT PREVIOUSLY SOLD AT TAX SALE)

The auction will be held at the Common Room – Dartmouth Sportsplex – 110 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth, N.S. on July 21, 2015 and will commence at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Property Auctions Policy (property not sold at tax sale). Section 143(4) of the Municipal Government Act and the provisions of Chapter 03. Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, for the year 1989, and act and amendments thereto, being the Assessment Act, the following properties situated in the Halifax Regional Municipality will be sold at Public Auction at the time and place described herein.

1. The reserve bid for each property is $500.00. Bidding will start at $500.00. Plus $270.00 deed preparation and registration to be paid at the time of the sale.
2. All properties are non redeemable.
