The parcels of land offered for sale will be subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title.
Terms:
Properties with a sale price of $50,000.00 or less must be paid in full the day of the sale or Properties with a sale price of $50,001.00 or greater must provide a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the sale price by cash or certified cheque and the remaining balance within 30 days by the same method.

The land is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis and the Town of Fairview makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, vacant possession,
or the ability to develop the lands for any intended use by the successful bidder. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions to the sale of any parcel of land. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those
specified by the Town of Fairview. No further information is available at the Public Auction regarding the land to be sold.
The notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, the Town of Fairview may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land that is not sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be affected by payment of all arrears of taxes, penalties and costs at any time prior to the Public Auction.
