Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, the Village of Delia will offer for sale, by public auction, to be held at the Village office, Delia, Alberta, on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., the following lands:
Alberta Tax sale Properties – Village of Delia
Description of Land:
Lot 19, Block 1, Plan 545AY (Title Number 981029278) Sale is subject to a reserve bid.
Jul 26,2017 Alberta Tax sale properties Village of Delia Terms: the successful bidder must pay a
deposit equal to $1000 immediately following the auction with the balance owing due within 30 days.
Lot 9, Block 17, Plan 0212981 (Title Number 101115435) Sale is subject to a reserve bid. Terms: the successful bidder must pay a deposit equal to $1000 immediately following the auction with the balance owing due within 30 days. As well that a foundation or basement must be in place within 90 days from the closing date and a house must be erected and occupied within 1 year from the closing date of sale.
The Village of Delia may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land that is not sold at the public auction. Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
