Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,
the Village of Donnelly will offer for sale, by public auction, in the Village Office
located at 5003 – 3rd Street, Donnelly, Alberta, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at
2:00 p.m., the following lands:

Lot-Block-Plan

4-7-204CL-18,19-1-204CL

The parcels will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid, and to the reservations
and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.

Terms: CASH or certified cheque

The Village of Donnelly may, after the public auction, become the owner of any
parcel of land that is not sold at the public auction.

Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.
