Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,  the Town of Mayerthorpe will offer for sale, by public auction, in the Council Chambers of the Town of Mayerthorpe Administration Building, located at 4911-52nd Street in the Town of Mayerthorpe, Alberta, on Friday, March 11, 2016, at 10:00
a.m., the following lands:

Each parcel will be offered for sale, subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.

The Town of Mayerthorpe may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.

The lands are being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and the Town of Mayerthorpe makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence of presence of environmental contamination, vacant possession,
or the develop ability of the lands for any intended use by the successful bidder. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of any parcel of land. No terms or conditions of sale will be considered other than
those specified by the Town of Mayerthorpe. No further information is available at the auction regarding the lands to be sold.

Terms: Cash or Bank Draft: 10% Deposit of bid amount on day of auction, balance due within 30 days. Goods and Services Taxes (GST) will be applicable as per Federal statutes.

Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
